Every Grange household should have received a mailing from American
Income Life Insurance Company about the FREE Accidental Death and
Dismemberment Insurance benefit to every Grange member in PA. Many
of you have returned the yellow postcard and received a call from an
AIL sales person. Even if you did not return the postcard, you are
still covered.
In case of the accidental
death of a Grange member, the next of kin should call the State
Master at 1-800-552-3865 to report the death, and mail the death
certificate to the State Grange Office. The State Master will take
care of requesting your $2500 death benefit. Three of our members
have met untimely deaths this summer and their beneficiaries will
receive a check, just because the deceased belonged to the Grange.
