SHARE YOUR FAVORITE TIP

How often do you stand up in a Grange meeting and share with your fellow members something that would help them grow as leaders? This month stand up at Grange and share your favorite leadership tip of the month with them. Be sure to let your members know why you think that the tip is important and why it is relevant to you.

When you share a tip, you give importance to it because you chose to share it. Your fellow members will know that you think it is important to them. It is your opportunity to educate them on a topic that will help your Grange grow. It may even encourage a discussion on that topic at or after your meeting.

Sharing a tip will also benefit you as a leader. You will need to stand before the membership and share something you believe has importance. When you experience it, you will find it easier the second time. Every time that you expand your comfort zone a little bit, you improve yourself as a leader. In addition, you may discover a secondary lesson in a tip when you share it.

Share your favorite tip at your next meeting and become a better Grange leader!
