Valley Grange #1360, Lewisberry, York County, is asking for help for one of their member families.
Jim “Bud” and Sue Snyder of Boiling Springs, PA, members of Valley Grange #1360, lost their house and all their belongings in a devastating fire yesterday. “Bud” was at work when the fire started and Sue was able to get their three young sons and the family dog out but a cat perished in the fire. They literally got out with only the clothes on their backs. One of the boys didn’t even have shoes on.
They are staying with other family in Mechanicsburg for the time being until they can figure out what to do. In the meantime, they need almost everything and will be starting from scratch.
Valley Grange #1360 has set up an emergency fund at the Americhoice Federal Credit Union in Mechanicsburg to assist the family in this terrible time of need. Anyone wishing to give a monetary donation please make it out to and send to the following:
